You do not need a referral to come in for an appointment unless you would like a rebate from Medicare
WILL I GET A MEDICARE REBATE?
Jacqueline is a registered Medicare provider. Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please see your GP to assess if you are eligible for the rebate. You will need to bring both the referral letter and mental health care plan provided by your GP to the appointment. More information about Medicare rebates can be found from Medicare Australia on 132011 or by visiting www.medicareaustralia.gov.au
ARE ANY SERVICES BULK BILLED?
In some cases Jacqueline may bulk bill for sessions if there is current Mental Health Care Plan from a GP. Please contact her to discuss before making an appointment.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR AÂ PRIVATE HEALTH FUND REBATE?
You may also be eligible for a rebate covering a portion of the session fee depending on your level of private heath cover. Health fund rebates do not require a GP referral. Please also note that you cannot claim from Medicare and your health fund for the same consultation. Please check with your health fund to ensure that they cover mental health consultations if relevant.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please be aware that 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of appointments otherwise you will be charged the full fee. There are no Medicare or private health rebates for cancelled sessions.

HOW LONG DOES EACHÂ SESSION TAKE?
Each session is 50 minutes and the number of subsequent sessions will vary depending on your concerns and presenting issues. Jacqueline will discuss a treatment plan with you at your initial session.
HOW DO I PAY?
Payment is made at time of consultation in rooms or online via credit card or direct deposit.
WHAT IS THE STEPPING STONES TRIPLE P PROGRAM?
Stepping Stones Triple P is a specifically designed parenting program for parents of a child with a disability. It recognises that raising a child with disability creates challenges and extra stresses on the family. Stepping Stones Triple P is all about helping parents feel more confident and competent in their parenting.
